Effects of high power lines on health

 There is a property being offered for business that is right next to  500 kva power line.  Others say it is safe particularly NGCP

Pros:      1.  The 500 kva is 500 ft tall hence it is designed to lessen gauss or Micro tesla to residents

              2.  Just follow the  30 meters x 30 meters easement (a total of 60 meters)

             3.  You discharge more electricity up to 30,000 volts by rubbing yourself with a balloon,

             4.  50 -60 HZ is low frequency and non ionizing (unlike x ray and gamma rays) and do not

                  affect molecules.  

Cons:    1.   I meter /kilovolt is safe distance (thats 500 metrs

             2.   The normal limit for safe emf is  micro Gausss.   ;  .1 is very safe.   Hower near power lines it

                    is 15 micro gauss, under neath is is 40 -60 micro Gauss,   near a microwave oven, it is 

            3.  High power lines can cause flourscent lamp to light, and arc can spark between you and

                 metallic object if near a high power lines

           4.  A study by biology professor showed:

             Risks of getting leukemi:       2.5 x  at 50 ft

                                                            1.5  at 500 ft

 If we take the argumetn that 50-60 hz is non ionizing and that you generate more electricity vs the power lines emf, then it is safe.  But what if the science is right, (the biologists)
