1.  Find the missing notes.  What is not there in the presentation.  Try to find that

2.  What is the lost function.    (In your failure)   Try to be less wrong.... What is the missing thing?

     Agreement to agree...  How to train for new function  What are we trying to achieve.  Stop avoiding        mistakes  but to learn from them

3.  Think in terms of long term (Solution after next)   How can we replace a part  or structure xx number of years later...

     5 - 7 years hence.  Can you stay put, and determined   Will lyou stay in the game

1. Look for the missing data or "ghost notes"

2. Iteration, the more high-quality mistakes you make the more you learn. Stop avoiding mistakes 3. Manage and allow tension 4. Think long term, at least 7 years 5. Think about what kind of person you will become if you make a decision
